Your referred client should mention your name on the booking form during their site visit
Referral payout for source customer shall happen once a minimum payment slab of 19.9% is met
The referred customers need to clearly indicate the source customer details (name, EID, Phone #) in their application form for the referral booking to be counted. Application forms of referrals without Source details will become ineligible.
The Loyalty & referral discount would be clearly basis the ‘CV’ amount specified in the final agreement signed by and shared with the customer
Rewards issued cannot be bartered or sold by members for cash at any point of time. These rewards may only be redeemed through options on offer through the program
Redemption process is initiated from the time a customer raises request and will take up to 8 weeks until reward is delivered to the member (ONLY upon a minimum payment slab of 19.9% is met by the booked client).
In order to be eligible for reward, the booking source shall be ‘Existing Vascon Customer’ for repurchase bookings and ‘Referred by Existing Vascon Customer’ with accurate Source customer details as required in Application form for referral bookings
The applicant name acceptable for repurchases are those of spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, brothers and sisters, but would require documentary evidence.
The source customer shall be eligible for the reward upon meeting the required booking slab
The referral and Loyalty payout is considered on CV, in case of variation in payout amounts then the %age on the actual slab shall be considered.
