Mr. R. Vasudevan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune. He has also completed an ‘Owner President’ Management Program from the Harward Business School. He has been a Promoter Director on the Board of the Company since January 1, 1986. He is responsible for the overall management of our Company. He has over 33 years of experience in the Construction Company.
Mr. V. Mohan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a practising chartered accountant with more than 31 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance services, company law, tax planning, tax representations and foreign exchange regulations with V Sankar Aiyar and Company, Chartered Accountants, where he is a partner. He has been a director since March 6, 2007.
Mr. K. G. Krishnamurthy holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has 31 years of experience in the areas of real estate, construction finance, property valuation and property search services. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Property Ventures Limited. He has also been appointed on the board of various companies. He has been appointed as a Director on the Board of our Company since June 21, 2006.
Mr. Mukesh Malhotra completed his schooling at The Bishop's School, Pune & then went on to complete his Bachelor of Engineering at the College of Engineering, Pune. He was appointed Managing Director of Weikfield Products Co. (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 1994 and continues to hold that position. With his focus on International Trade, Mukesh has travelled to over 60 countries and 150 cities, thus giving him a broad appreciation and understanding of International business practices and economic scenarios. The Company's products have received International Quality Awards from Europe and America. He is actively involved in the activities of MCCIA with a track record of over 25 years, having served as President, 2008- 2010.
Ms. Sowmya Vasudevan Moorthy holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from Symbiosis International University, Pune and an advanced diploma in Interior Design from Raffles College of Higher Education, Singapore. She has over 4 years of experience in the interior design industry. She has been appointed as an Director on the Board of our Company since March 31, 2015.
Mr. Siddharth Vasudevan is Managing Director of Vascon Engineers Ltd from 1st April 2018. He is a strong source of inspiration as an emerging entrepreneur for new age business leaders of the company and the real estate and construction fraternity.
Dr. Santosh Sundararajan is appointed as an Additional Director (Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer-Group). He is a Civil Engineer with a Ph. D in Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Masters degree in Financial Management from London University. He is a practising structural engineer with more than 22 years experience in the field of Civil Structural and allied building works, having worked both in Singapore and India. He has been with Vascon group since 2008 and has been serving as the group CEO since 2013.
